What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is perfect for a small shop such as ours AND it grows with us! It is easy to learn, which is good as I have to train a new intern every year in its functions. "User Friendly and Excellent Support "

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like the user friendly program and the excellent support for anything you need What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Not being able to split donations other than that nothing. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been through multiple donor software programs and this one is hands down the easiest to navigate with and excellent support team

What do you like best? Bloomerang's report-building features are second to none that I have come across. It's very simple to drill in to a criteria set in order to find the exact constituents or transactions necessary. The team is also constantly providing updates and previews of what features are in the pipeline What do you dislike? "Excellent CRM database with e-mail capability."

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The support available via chat. You can pay extra for phone support which I did for the first three months but I find the chat support is almost always helpful. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? The e-newsletter system is a bit clunky and not as intuitive as the other e-newsletter service I've used. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? "Bloomerang is outstanding, well-designed and Donor Centric"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love that it is easy to use, keeps the donor retention rate in the forefront of the program and has such incredible functionality, including social media tracking as well as the "I" vs "You" language calculator. What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like being able to record all of my grant activity in the Notes. It allows me to create and generate reports. What do you dislike about Bloomerang?
