What do you like best? Bloomerang is the most user friendly, well thought through, and supportive experience we could have ever asked for or imagined for our users and our donors. They are ahead of us in developing new and innovative ways of managing donor data and we are so very grateful. There are new features and partnerships in place before we come to realize we need them. "Bloomerang has simplified and streamlined how we engage and stay connected with donors. "

What do you like best? How intuitive it is. New staff are able to familiarize themselves really quickly with Bloomerang, and if we ever want to create a new report and set up a custom field it's incredible simple to do. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Bloomerang has it all! Tracking, tasks, reports, emails, thank you notes that log themselves--there are so many ways to find what you need and get everything done faster! It uses a simple, clean design, and best of all, the webinars ROCK! What do you dislike? What do you like best about Bloomerang? Excellent, accessible customer service. I also love that it was obviously designed for fundraisers by fundraisers. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Nothing really significant. It was difficult to adjust to the settings for reports and filters, but once I got the hang out of it, it was no problem. What do you like best about Bloomerang? It's an intuitive one-stop shop for donor and volunteer management. They're always working to improve the user's experience, and the customer support chat function is stellar. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Previously sent emails can't be archived so after a while you have pages and pages to sort through.
