"Intuitive, comprehensive, and great customer support"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love how comprehensive Bloomerang is for all of our tracking needs. Having everything related to a supporter in one place is really awesome (including being able to BCC emails from our regular work emails so those one-on-one interactions can be captured too). What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang offers constant chat support, which helps me solve my problems and answer questions quickly, instead of digging through old internet forums. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? There are limitations on the letter creation that are bothersome, like not being able to edit individual letters withinthe platform and not being able to download them as Word Docs for futher editing - you need PDF editing software to make any further changes.
