If you can't figure out what you're doing, they have helpful online support just clicks away, tutorials and webinars that teach you step-by-step how to use their software, and really great blog posts. "The Transition to Bloomerang has been Amazing"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Intuitive nature of the system. We had as close to a pain free conversion as you could have. I also love the reporting feature. It is surprisingly robust. I often reach out when I am doing a more complex report and get great help from the Support Staff. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best about Bloomerang? We are able to track email campaigns and volunteer activity all in one place and have that information related to each donor. I can see with a quick glance what engagement a donor or volunteer has with our organization. The reporting is very easy to use. What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like the ability to not only track donations but also track how our donors are interacting with the organization. Being able to see when the donors open an email and click on the donate now link allows us to see how successful our email campaigns are. We also love being able to build online giving forms from bloomerang and our donors trust their secured processor and we've seen them donate online more because of it. What do you dislike about ...

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is highly intuitive and easy to learn. They have excellent customer service and are always quick to respond to questions. If there is a feature they don't have that you want, they even have a section for customers to suggest features. They are always rolling out new improvements and really listen to their clients needs.
