What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love the look and feel of Bloomerang. The interface is intuitive. Usually, I can easily find my way around and figure out any questions that come up. What do you like best? Bloomerang has an easy interface and it not to complex but can provide a plethora of information in just one click. Also, they have live chat for help and assistance if you are running into trouble. What do you dislike? On the tribute gift function, you cannot tie a tribute gift to a constituent profile. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple and easy to use, easy to train others.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? It's an easy platform to use compared to many others. And it is affordable for newer non profits. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? It is unfortunate that we do not have the capability to send eblasts to individuals who have signed up for our newsletter without having to set them up as a constituent, therefore having to pay for the record. What do you like best about Bloomerang? The ease of running reports that are so important to our funding strategy. We can easily put together the lists we need and send targeted information to our donors. Many CRM's have much more complicated report procedures. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? "Easy to use and best help chat line in the world!"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like how easy it is to use and when I can not work something their help chat line is a dream. I have never been able to stump them. Also, the amount of educational content they produce is mind blowing. The monthly subscription is very affordable and when you count in the 'digital mentor-ship' they provide, then the subscription is a steal. What do you dislike about Bloomerang?
