What do you like best? Easy to use and allows you to control the timing of emails you want to write now but send later. Love it! What do you dislike? There really isn't anything I dislike about Boomerang. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to sequence communications in a way that I was not able to do before.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I have recommended Bloomerang for four organizations and every one LOVES it! It keeps up with all the constituents and all the particulars about them. It sends appeal letters and newsletters and records all interactions on the donor’s profile. Small shops can start with the free version and grow from there. What do you like best? I love the easy of Bloomerang and any mistakes that are made can easily be corrected. This program makes keeping track of grant revenue so much easier than the past program we used. What do you dislike? Honestly I do not have many complaints about this program. So far I would say that my biggest complaint is the fact that I cannot include transactions on a report that is generated by notes only. Other than that it really is so simple. It's also immensely helpful to have financials at a glance on the main dashboard.
