What do you like best about Bloomerang? The live chat is outstanding. I always connect with a person within 3 minutes and they answer my questions in full. The platform is incredibly intuitive and is able to adapt to your individual organization's needs beautifully. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is easy to use and the customer service is excellent: phone, chat, and videos. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I can't think of any downsides. Maybe make it a little less expensive? What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping up with all donors and how much they are giving. Staying in touch with donors and keeping them informed. Tax letters at the end of the year.

Bloomerang's ability to track donor engagement levels makes it easy to segment appeals and identify lapsed donors--in other words, within the roster of donors it helps to be able to quickly recognize who is needing attention or a nudge. What do you like best about Bloomerang? The absolute best part about Bloomerang is the ability to create comprehensive reports for both donors and transactions. I can look up literally almost any group of donors based on criteria that is as specific or as broad as I choose. These make mailings (especially appeals) so much more effective. What do you like best? We like using Bloomerang for its ease of use and intuitive features. The dashboard is simple and informative. We love the history and timeline updates. Customizable dashboard is very helpful. What do you dislike? Deleting individual transactions in order to completely delete a constituent. Letter/email production is a bit archaic.
