What do you like best about Bloomerang? I enjoy all of the different notes and interactions we can include on our donors profile. The profile shows a timeline of giving or events that have happened making it extremely easy for us to see when a donation was made last or the last time they were thanked, etc. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Bloomerang doesn't integrate with a lot of services so manual uploads are a common thing we have to take time to do. What problems is Bloomerang ...

"Suggested features are not implemented fast enough."

What do you like best about Bloomerang? It is clean and appeasing to the eye. The live chat is nice to have and they are nice. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? It lacks a significant amount of tracking features that when posted to the features portal are not actually implemented in a timely manner or if they are, like the installment schedule, are more time consuming. What do you like best? The ability to add interactions with donors and track volunteer hours. What do you dislike? I find the e-newsletter to be lacking. Difficult to manipulate. I do not like the household vs. individual component. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to clearly track our donations with the comprehensive reports that are offered in Bloomerang.

There are not any downsides per se, but some of the forms and web connectivity is a little cumbersome.
