What do you like best about Bloomerang? The reason I have converted three organizations to Bloomerang in the last five years is because of ease of use. Most other CRMs are rather complicated to administer, enter data, and run reports. These things NEED to be simple and clear for small to mid size organizations with limited staff or resources to train staff. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang has been overall very easy to learn and manage for the nearly 2 years that I've been using it for my small nonprofit organization. I like that it allows me to manage most of my communications and interactions with donors, volunteers, and potential supporters in one platform. "Easy to use and great customer service!"

What do you like best? My favorite thing about Bloomerang is the chat function. In my role I have to create a lot of reports and letters, etc. Anytime I get stuck trying to filter something I just jump on the chat and the reps are super knowledgeable and helpful! They not only help me get what I need but teach me how to do it along the way. What do you dislike? I haven't had any real issues with the software for my purposes. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is very easy to navigate and user friendly. Their support is awesome. The way they are constantly asking for feedback in the Features portal makes it a much more user friendly experience where your comments/suggestions are indeed being evaluated.
