What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like the clear picture Bloomerang gives me on how I'm engaging my donors. "Best support, easy to use interface"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The support is quick and helpful. They really go the distance to solve my issues. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I would love to see an app version. It is hard to use on the phone because you are essentially looking at the desktop interface. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? The system has preexisting reports that are extremely helpful for learning more about our donors.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? One of my favorite features is dynamic filtering to have amazing customization for reports and emails. This shouldn't seem revolutionary, but some major donor management systems have cumbersome query systems and/or limit how transactions, interactions, relationships, and custom fields interact. Reports are exceedingly easy to run, profiles comprehensive and easy to navigate, there's a spot for all the data you could think of (and it's easy to create your own reportable fields) What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Ease of use to someone that isn't a database or CRM expert was the most attractive quality of Bloomerang in comparison to other CRMs we were looking at in making our selection.
