Best change we have ever made

After using the "State of the Art", "Rolls Royce" of the industry for 14 years and continued frustration with that system, I am so grateful a colleague recommended Bloomerang - It is the BEST thing we have ever done. The ease of use, the terrific customer support, with a real person on the other end and the accuracy of the database is tremendous. I cannot say enough!

Bloomerang Strengths & Challenges

I think Bloomerang's strengths are customer support and an intuitive platform. The training videos are also helpful. Areas to improve are integration with external communication platforms like Constant Contact, etc. The internal email / newsletter system has limited ability graphically and seems to be sent to junk mail at a higher rate than many of the external communication platforms.
