I like it a lot

Great platform, helpful chat features, and more. Could use some modifications to basic things, but great overall and always improving. > It would be cool to have a way to change large groups of a type or transaction or grouping. Say we wanted to fix a mistake made on a certain campaign category or donor group, it would be nice to change several at once rather than individually modifying each account or instance. :)

We are a small school and are happy with the results of Bloomerang. Sometimes we wish the email template was a bit more friendly and also the letter templates. Otherwise it has been good for us. Filtering is cumbersome, but good for our purposes now.

A great first year working with Bloomerang!

I think that Bloomerang is great and the free webinars are super helpful! I would have given the rating a 5, however, I believe the search bar could be more intuitive and inclusive. Otherwise, I think Bloomerang is doing an outstanding job! I only began working with Bloomerang one year ago and I think that it is a very user friendly and customer friendly database. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow with Bloomerang!

Bloomerang is a great CRM

Bloomerang is a great CRM. Would definitely recommend for individual donor-centric focused development offices. Wish they had more features for events.

As most nonprofits have no I.T. specialists on staff it would be nice if things like Year End Donation Receipts were less complicated to produce. What do you like best? No matter your background, Bloomerang makes it easy! I’m able to enter donations, run reports, etc. very quickly. I call it, click, click go! What do you dislike? It’s not that I dislike it, but setting up reports was confusing at first. Recommendations to others considering the product: YouTube videos are a great resource in the help center. "A year under our belt...with Bloomerang."

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Easy to use and figure out on our own, but we also have gotten great help when we have had to call. Reports are easy to generate in so many different ways. The more we use it, the more details and research on our donors we have been able to come up with. It's big a huge improvement for us. What do you dislike about Bloomerang?
