I thing this is a great CRM
I thing this is a great CRM, however there are a few improvements that would be very helpful, like: fund accounting capabilities, greater detail in connection with quickbooks. I do love the feature of being connected to NCOA service where we get updated address constantly....love that.

We are a small school and are happy…
We are a small school and are happy with the results of Bloomerang. Sometimes we wish the email template was a bit more friendly and also the letter templates. Otherwise it has been good for us. Filtering is cumbersome, but good for our purposes now.

I truly love this database
I truly love this database. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would really like to see the MailChimp integration materialize as well as have the option of different access/viewing levels for development staff. I run a library foundation and would like to find a way to bring the connected friends groups under my wings so that they can each see and manipulate their donor records but not necessarily the ones of other groups.

I like it a lot
Great platform, helpful chat features, and more. Could use some modifications to basic things, but great overall and always improving. > It would be cool to have a way to change large groups of a type or transaction or grouping. Say we wanted to fix a mistake made on a certain campaign category or donor group, it would be nice to change several at once rather than individually modifying each account or instance. :)
