Great current software and still growing potential

Bloomerang has been a great tool for so much of what we need for supporter management. While there are areas that lack the robust tracking provided for donors, such as volunteer and event management features, they are constantly working on upgrades and building in new value and tools with their system. Would highly recommend.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Easy reporting, minimal training needed, and amazing customer support! We have used the reports and tasks to manage the workflow for each person on our team, making us much more efficient. If there is ever an issue, LIVE customer support is always able to solve it or answer questions. The training required for using Bloomerang is minimal. For temporary projects, we have had volunteers come in and they are ready to work within five minutes! Very ...

Bloomerang is perfect for a small shop! perfect for those new to fund raising, perfect as a first-time CRM, just perfect.
