Customer Service is 5 stars! Whenever we have something we are not able to figure out, we get on the chat line and someone is always available to help. This company is super easy to work with and we have nothing to say but good things about their customer service.

Great CRM and service!
We converted to Bloomerang more than 3 years ago and love it! It has the functionality and ease of using for our 10 person organization. The chat service is great--and they are always adding and updating the CRM.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is very user-friendly, easy to learn and use. Reports really help us understand donor behavior and the help-desk people are readily available to help us create new reports if we aren't sure how to. We successfully migrated our data from a clunky DMS that was more expensive and didn't provide us nearly the insight into donor behavior and retention. What do you like best about Bloomerang? All you need to manage and nurture donors! What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Creating a report can be a little difficult.
