The Bloomerang Team- One Step Ahead

The Bloomerang staff always so helpful, have been especially supportive during the last couple of weeks when our worlds turned up side down. Not only are they accommodating and cheerful, but they have been proactive and one step ahead, anticipating the needs of not only their clients, but he fundraising world in general. Thanks so much.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love the constituent interface. Its very clear and easy to use. The tagging system is a little wonky, but it works fine for ex-staff, Board members, etc. I separate donors out in Excel, but for general tracking, Bloomerang works just fine. Customer service is great. Quick response times and very helpful. We've had a couple of issues with spam entries and they resolved those issues quickly. Easy to use and incredible customer service! It has been a joy to work in Bloomerang, especially compared to our old system. Bloomerang has made our team more efficient and effective. So grateful for the outstanding customer service and their willingness to adapt to make nonprofits work better.
