"Highly recommend Bloomerang"

What do you like best? It is visual CRM that is easy to read and decipher information. Perfect for fundraisers who do NOT know code or want to learn code and determining extensive queries. What do you dislike? Wish the email templates had more options and that video would insert easier in the email blasts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralized data location - beyond just excel. Clear and easy to determine donor retention numbers.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The reporting and filters are easier to use than any other system I have used in the past. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? The letter formatting tool is painful at times. "More support and help available than any other software I've ever used!"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Their support availablility is par none! I have used chat support, tutorials, and webinars more times than I can count to find answers to any question that I have. When our 2 year term ended, they also worked with us to keep our pricing to a minimum. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Need to run reports to see simple lists. "Very user friendly and includes many tools within one platform! High recommendation."

What do you like best? I enjoy the simple design and easy to use tools. There are always people available on the live chat if I have questions. Using reports is very easy and helpful for putting together statistics and data about the people who are involved with your organization. It's simple and easy to search for constituents. Best technical support in CRM 's

Ron was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient when I asked questions. One hour with him was incredibly helpful. He made a point to know my organization before getting on the training call with me. Bloomerang repeatedly provides #1 technical support of the 3 CRM's I have used in other organizations. Before choosing Bloomerang

Before choosing Bloomerang, we spoke with a half dozen CRM companies. We needed something to help us manage our constituent database, volunteer timesheets, and events. No other company even came close! The user interface/experience are incredibly intuitive, and the customer service is out of this world -- two features that are critical in a smallish fundraising shop like ours. Bloomerang just GETS IT!
