What do you like best? It is really easy to use, thorough and provides incredible insights! I love all the integrations as well, specifically the donation form for website. What do you dislike? There are multiple specific things that reports don't show, but whenever you ask the help, they always say they will present it to the team. The reports are also tricky to get a handle of.
