What do you like best about Bloomerang? The support team is amazing. Also, there are more and more features that have been released that are very helpful. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Need to be able to scan in direct mail so as not to hand key in motivation codes from Direct Mail pieces. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love the ease of use and excellent support. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I have yet to identify anything I dislike. Recommendations to others considering Bloomerang: Go for it! You won't regret it. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy to use and easy to learn what you don't know"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? The teaching resources are very helpful. If there is anything you do not know how to do there is always a video or guide to walk you through it step by step. This was not the case with our previous database provider. Whenever we talk to somebody at Bloomerang it feels like we are talking to a real person, not somebody reading from a script trying to get us off the phone. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best about Bloomerang? I deeply appreciate the amazing customer service Bloomerang provides via email, chat, and phone. I also am in awe of just how many amazing updates to its products and services Bloomerang is adding, everything from a mobile app, to Mailchimp integration, to automated donor surveys! What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is intuitive and easy to use. It integrates great with our website. The chat feature for help is awesome. I have yet to had an issue that was not easily and quickly resolved with a chat. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best? It is affordable. You can start with a free version and work your way forward. Also, there is chat support for free. They always work hard to help you. What do you dislike? Sometimes the reporting function can be hard to make work for you. Getting the right reports requires a little bit of thinking. Hard to use with volunteer tracking, can get better there. What do you like best? I like that Bloomerang provides one platform for multiple functionalities, including our donor database, general constituent management, grant tracking, e-blast communication and API integration. It allows for customization of fields and reports as well. What do you dislike? It would be great to customize or move some of the position of the "standard" fields on Bloomernag. What do you like best? Easy to search and update, good reports. What do you dislike? No interface with Facebook or Instagram, which are our primary social media outlets. Would like options to run peer to peer campaigns through Bloomerang What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to pull accurate data with lots of customization. Good email communication options. Good dashboard with info on new gifts, who is giving, etc.
