What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang helps us track our constituents and get easy reporting. Their customer service is easy to live chat with online or to call and have someone walk through steps of how to run reports. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I can be difficult to link constituents in the same family -- or keep them separate when needed. The program does not have all the features we previously had in our previous program and we had a few issues with the transfer of data. What do you like best? Bloomerang has allowed me to set tasks to make sure I follow up with donors in a timely manner. Also the reporting. It is great! The letter function is quite handy as well. You can create a standard letter with fields the populate from the donors. It is very handy and a time saver. What do you dislike? My main complaint is small, but it is the way reports have to be built. If you need financial data you can't get some donor detail. If you need more donor detail you ...
