Keep all information in one place, saves time

PROS: I love Bloomerang! All of the information that we need is in one place and communication with our donors have been smoother since we used it. CONS: None, everything is perfect. And if we do experience a problem, we can just call or chat with their support team.

Bloomerang is helping us help other people

PROS: We have become much more engaging with our donors since we started Bloomerang. Even with the little workforce in the organization, it is still manageable through Bloomerang. CONS: None so far, there is nothing I dislike about Bloomerang.

Highly recommended.

We have been working with Bloomerang for over four years. Their program is easy to use, they provide outstanding support and educational instruction in the various facets of Bloomerang. Their pricing is very reasonable. I cannot recommend Bloomerang too highly, especially for Not For Profit donor tracking.

Bloomerang has been very helpful…

Bloomerang has been very helpful assisting me with various projects concerning volunteers and constituents for this non profit organization ( A Second Wish By Demetrius) such as mass emails, updates of personal information for volunteers and constituents, or creating flyers about up coming events.The staff is always very helpful and pleasant to speak with whenever I call.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The user interface is very intuitive making training minimal for the team to learn. The reporting options are amazing. You can't manage what you don't measure so having intelligent reports is key to being successful. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I do not like that the email template can't be automated. Their customer service is easy to live chat with online or to call and have someone walk through steps of how to run reports. What do you dislike?
