"Great database for our small nonprofit!"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like the ease of use and all the add-ons that are available. You can customize it making it perfect for you organization’s needs. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I can’t think of anything I dislike about it. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping our small staff become more efficient with quick entry, USPS auto address updates, etc.

"It has been a valuable tool and easy to navigate"

What do you like best? It has been easy for even my less technologically inclined staff to work with. I also appreciate all of the training tools to learn even more about what we are able to accomplish with Bloomerang. What do you dislike? We still have to import our data into a couple of different places, it is not all tracked in one location because of the nature of what we do so there are times when it is more time consuming then I would like. Bloomerang is improving very good

Bloomerang is improving very good, but there are still discrepancies, like bad email address, what is not a bad email address. Also reports of the gift total it is not excluding payments. Hope to see this in the future.

Detailed help with a filter question

I had difficulty setting up a filter for acknowledgement letters. I sent my question and very quickly received detailed instructions about how to set up the filter. This makes it much less threatening to try to use the functions available on Bloomerang because I don't have to become an "expert," I have experts to consult.

Bloomerang has been a fantastic tool for our church. It is user friendly, and has provided the quick access to reports needed as we continue to promote our capital campaign. The staff at Bloomerang have always been kind, courteous, and helpful. We are grateful for all the work that has been put into making this outstanding platform.
