What do you like best about Bloomerang? I began using Bloomerang 2 years ago. It was relatively easy to get started. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Hands down, the best part about Bloomerang is the customer service. My sales rep still (more than a year later) checks in with me to see how I'm doing both personally and professional - he didn't forget about me and move on to his next potential sale. What do you like best about Bloomerang? The email feature is user friendly and reliable. The bloomerang academy is great, very helpful and informative. Integrating with mailchimp is a big plus. Bloomerang does what I need it to do without falter or confusion. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Easy to use, functional, overall great application
PROS: Easy to use, and learn how to use. My favorite is their email feature. They are integrated with Mail Chimp so it is a big plus and it does its job without lapses. CONS: The database feature is a bit overwhelming for me. It would be helpful if it could be more simplified.
