We have loved the tools in Bloomerang…

We have loved the tools in Bloomerang to run detailed, customized reports and to track interactions with our donors! It has definitely helped us be more timely with our donor acknowledgements, and it has streamlined our donation entry process. We are also able to run powerful analytics on all the data in our system, giving better reports to our board, finding key donors to cultivate, and helping us grow!

Best choice we’ve done in our organization!

PROS: Bloomerang has a lot of amazing features but what stands out to me is the reporting feature--so easy to use and the data it provides are comprehensive and always accessible. It greatly improved our interactions with donors. I love that it is web-based. And they always check in with us on what needs to be improved and they deliver. CONS: We fixed the issue already but I would like Bloomerang to have a feature that would be like a dashboard for on-air fundraisers.

PROS: An overall easy to use, simple yet comprehensive app. The reporting feature takes a bit of time to learn to use but once you get used to it, it gets easier and much more functional. They also have templates for generating reports but you can also customize them. Their chat support is commendable. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is intuitive and integrates both email and embedded forms for donations, registrations, etc. They've also recently added a Mail Chimp integration in case you already use that platform or want to do elaborate email campaigns. Donor interactions like emails and donations are automatically propagated to their donor file which saves a lot of time. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang helps us keep all of our donor information in one location. The integration with Stripe is flawless. Donor communications are easy. This is a one stop shop for us. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I don't have a dislike. When I have a problem, Bloomerang is just a chat or email away.
