Excellent and Professional Customer Service

I think I stumped Bloomerang's customer service representative with one issue. The representative worked through the issue and even involved his colleagues. Through it all, I received extremely professional and cordial service. Although the issue wasn't resolved, the issue was referred to their problem solvers. I always feel confident that I will get a timely response to my questions.

Bloomerang is Great!

Bloomerang has been a great company to work with. From the conversion process through setting up reports, emails and letters the platform has been very user friendly and their support staff has been outstanding on those occasions when extra help was needed. Definitely happy with our decision!

I'm impressed with the new feature…

I'm pleased with the new feature to assign a letter to the donor when entering the gift. I find it helpful and a time saver. I'll be glad when there is a function that allows you to enter multiple gifts in a batch.

Happy with Bloomerang

We changed from Blackbaud's eTapestry to Bloomerang a year ago and it was a great decision! They are very responsive when we have questions or problems and it is very user friendly. They are adding new features often and it is pretty flexible as far as getting information I need. We've had a couple of bumps integrating with our website on occasion - the grey area between our website provider and Bloomerang means there's a bit of a no-man's land but we've been able to get things working! ...

Knowing feedback and suggestions are heard

So, i love the on-line support. But, the ability to make suggestions regarding changes to the software or services provided seems to be like talking in an empty room. So here, some things that would be great.
