I couldn't be happier with Bloomerang
I couldn't be happier with Bloomerang. I took a gigantic leap of faith and switched from Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge to Bloomerang. It was a very smooth transition and I haven't looked back. It makes my day-to-day data entry, reporting and communications much easier. My Head of School frequently completes tasks using the incredible email-task ability. Working on the go and at home is a breeze. All customer service representatives are fast, friendly and informed.

Great cusomter service and easy to use
Great cusomter service and easy to use. One porblem is that you need to be able to aplhoabetize when you print mailing. That was our only real challenge so far.

"Great Database"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? I think it is very user friendly. Anytime I need help with someone, I get a very quick response through the chat feature or through email. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I think forming reports can be a little difficult, but the Bloomerang team helped walk me through some reports I have had to make. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to finally have a system to keep everything in one place.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The intuitive way that the whole system is set up. Plus, if I do have a question - I can easily find answers in the help section, tutorials, classes or customer service. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best about Bloomerang? Everything that's needed for fundraising, including managing and maintaining donor relationships, is in one place. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best about Bloomerang? The price is hands down the best we found. We got the same features of what elite platforms offered for 75% less. Their customer service is out of this world. I can logon a chat and have an answer to most question in less than five minutes. Our marketing representative still follows up with us even after two years as a user. They definitely take care of their customers. They have a dashboard where you can present any ideas of new features you'd like ...
