One of the things that I like best…

One of the things that I like best about Bloomerang is that the home page immediately shows you where you stand regarding your donations. You know how much came in that day, that week, that month, and that year. Plus it gives you your retention rate. There's nothing like having that staring in your face to motivate you to pick up the phone and re-engage a lapsed donor. Plus I like the whimsical design of the graphics - not something dreary like so many other programs.

Bloomerang has the right blend of ease of use and ability to do complex reporting. They have great support -- a help library with videos and written help, or live chat, or email support. And they are constantly adding new features.

I love Bloomerang just have a wish list for a couple of add ons

I love Bloomerang, I would give it a five if it could be comprehensive and include platforms like auctions and peer to peer fundraising add ons that interface with Bloomerang. That's on my wish list. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier with Bloomerang

I couldn't be happier with Bloomerang. I took a gigantic leap of faith and switched from Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge to Bloomerang. It was a very smooth transition and I haven't looked back. It makes my day-to-day data entry, reporting and communications much easier. My Head of School frequently completes tasks using the incredible email-task ability. Working on the go and at home is a breeze. All customer service representatives are fast, friendly and informed.
