Great Overall

Overall, great service. However, It would be so much easier if it were possible to edit individual letters in a batch or at least have the ability download letters to word for editing/moving to a letterhead template, but it only give you the option to download to pdf. So kind of a hassle.

It can be very time consuming to filter reports in a way that doesn't over report with duplicates for recurring donations, or under report by not including soft credits.
