Informed equals excellent service

Our experience with Bloomerang has been excellent. From the start and at each step along the process to convert our info into their software each person who has been involved has kept us informed, answered questions and guided us. Some reports were structured at the time of conversion but for any specialty reports that we needed to create they explained how to add the criteria to get the desired outcome in the report.
