What do you like best about Bloomerang? Such a great UA--easy to pick up and just run with it. Love that they are doing constant updates and improvements with little to no disruption of service. Best of all? Their help desk and support forum are AMAZING. If I have to, as a last resort, submit a help ticket the answer is always helpful and spot on with tips/tricks and guidance to be able to do it myself the next time. "Wonderful Donor Management Solution!"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? What is most helpful about Bloomerang is how user friendly it is and yet still comprehensive for all my needs as a fundraiser. It's an attractive layout that helps me see at a glance how our organization is meeting our goals and what next steps we need to be taking to go further. Bloomerang immensely improved my professional life

PROS: Bloomerang incredibly improved our productivity but what I really love about them is their people--the sales rep still checks in on me after a year of making the sale and their chat reps are always so accomodating and really helpful. CONS: Bloomerang lacks event management features.

"Database management system that allows for targeted email marketing and acknowledgements"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I appreciate how easy Bloomerang is to use. It's pretty intuitive to create emails that can be filtered to target a very specific part of our database. As a nonprofit, communication is a delicate balance. Tip it towards over-communicating and you lose your donor audience. So being able to be strategic and targeted is very important.
