What do you like best about Bloomerang? It's so easy to use, it's easy to learn, and it includes all the features I need. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best about Bloomerang? The customer service is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I use the chat room to review most of my issues and they have yet to disappoint me. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Pulling certain soft credit (especially notificant acknowledgement letters). Currently, I have to revise a completed letter to list all donors & their addresses. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Clear directions, video training, helpful hints, immediate online chat responses. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Website integration for selling tickets, etc. is narrow in use with few options for registrant choices. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Current data base management. Benefits - easy to stay in contact with donors.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang allows us to keep track of many things for our donors, for example, their addressed, donations, our communication with them. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? It takes time to learn how to use the report filters What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Bloomerang allows us to send yearly tax letters to all of our donors.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang makes emailing our donors easy. Templates are clean and fresh looking. They are quick to build. "User friendly CRM at reasonable price"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? This tool was easy to learn and use, with minimal training needed. Canned reports are useful and it's easy to create new reports with the info you might need. Cost is just right for a small nonprofit with limited resources, and it still gives access to things like DonorSearch, which usually is out of our price range.
