Nothing but love for Bloomerang

PROS: This is the best donor management application that I ever used! It has all the information and data you need yet it is so user-friendly. Tracking has never been easy with Bloomerang--I can create comprehensive reports with data that I can filter depending on the need. Accessibility. Their support is also so accessible, one chat away, and they provide webinars and articles. And, they have a mobile app. CONS: Filtering reports. Still easier than other apps to generate reports though.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like that Bloomerang provides one platform for multiple functionalities, including our donor database, general constituent management, grant tracking, e-blast communication and API integration. It allows for customization of fields and reports as well. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? It would be great to customize or move some of the position of the "standard" fields on Bloomerang. What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love how Bloomerang is always improving, and it is very intuitive. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Honestly, there’s nothing really to dislike. The wealth finder feature isn’t very reliable in my experience. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Quick data, gathering a donor story for our team to have access to, making the donor experience more personable.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love the dynamic reporting features that let you fully use every piece of data to help you plan as you fundraise and steward your donors! What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I wish that custom fields could be integrated into forms instead of automatically defaulting to the bottom of the page. "Great features and easy to use"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is super easy to use - reporting, data entry/imports, emails, etc is super intuitive. And if I can't figure something out on my own, the customer services folks are fab. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I don't love their letter templates and I wish the integrated forms were better. We use Give Butter for forms and they integrate well with Bloomerang, so its an easy fix. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang's report functionality makes my job 100 time easier! If there is anything I'm looking for, all I have to do is create a report with the necessary filters. I can add as little or as much information to the report as I need. "Bloomerang is the best donor management system I have ever used."

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love the ease of use that Bloomerang provides for any new users. I barely have to train people on doing basic functions because it's intuitive. I also love that Bloomerang is constantly changing and learning from other systems. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best about Bloomerang? The help section is comprehensive. But, as a one person development team, the rapid access to live help is incredible.
