Improve interactions with donors through Bloomerang

PROS: Bloomerang is more intuitive than most CRMs I have used so far. We can record every interaction we had with donors (phone calls, emails, thank-yous, etc.) which results in building better relationships with our donors. CONS: The payment gateway can be improved.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The ease of using Bloomerang and it's functionality. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Unable to edit donor letters in the system after merged. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing our donors, printing reports and generating communications.

"Bloomerang - great tech support but still needs a few tweaks"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang has allowed me to set tasks to make sure I follow up with donors in a timely manner. The letter function is quite nice as well. You can create a standard letter with fields the populate from the donors. It is very handy and a time saver. Also, the app option is fairly nice. What do you like best about Bloomerang? I am a small shop - one person, wearing all hats. Bloomerang is so intuitive, that I don't need to run (in a panic) to my IT guy...ever. It's easy to use, which is not to say that it is unsophisticated. It has everything I need to track donors, grants, tasks, and the report section is terrific. What do you like best about Bloomerang? First time donor reminders. The webinars have been helpful as well with insight into stewarding. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Duplicate names aren't merged automatically. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? We are creating better relationships with our donors.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love the dashboard when you first sign on to see exactly where you are. I love seeing the new donors listed so I remember to call them. And I love being able to bcc back to the database when sending correspondence to my donors. This is the best CRM I have used. What do you dislike about Bloomerang?
