The video tutorials and webinars are super helpful. Bloomerang allows us to focus on our various donor groups at different times. It keeps our donor information organized and easily accessible. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang has an easy, off-the-shelf setup that took very little time to configure. The super intuitive interface requires virtually no orientation or documentation for staff and volunteers to figure out. Once you learn how to configure filters/queries, it is super easy to generate mailings and run letters. The timeline and various other indicators also really help demonstrate the health of your donors. Finally, the support was great. Their staff ...
