Bloomerang is Outstanding! The transition was painless and the customer support is excellent. It is well worth any additional fee to have the phone support. The Chat support works well for some things as well. Overall, the price is right for donor management. It is easy to use, and intuitive. The customer service rep

The customer service rep, Dusty, was helpful with sending me videos that helped me to understand the setup better than simply talking about it. He also admitted when something would need more investigation than simply saying that something would or would not work without knowing for sure.

"I really like Bloomerang and all of it's features."

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Easy to view activity for a donor. My favorite thing is being able to split donations! A real time-saver. I think it is user-freindly as well, which makes it easier to train a new person. Their customer service is also responsive when I have an issue. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? "Bloomerang: The early days"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Super easy-to-use interface. Reports are configurable to get the details you need. The dashboard is a fabulous all-in-one view of where you are from a Fundraising perspective. I love being able to see a complete view of a donor to prepare before meetings, and the ability to see it on a mobile device is even better. Really Happy with Bloomerang

We've used Bloomerang for a couple of years now. It was really good when we first started...and it's just gotten better and better. They keep increasing functionality and analytics, making my job easier by streamlining tasks I do daily and by giving me insights into our donor base. When I have a question, there is always someone available to help me create or validate a report or explain why something works the way it does. I simply couldn't be happier with the product.
