Always Improving
I appreciate that Bloomerang is always striving to improve. They come out with updates frequently and utilize consumer feedback to make those improvements. There are still some features that I think could be helpful and I am hoping that they will be added to Bloomerang soon.

"Good CRM for Non profits"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? It is a nice CRM platform and the support team is very responsive. We just got it but it works really good. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Nothing at the moment. Works flawlessly. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization and donor management.

Bloomerang is Outstanding! The transition was painless and the customer support is excellent. It is well worth any additional fee to have the phone support. The Chat support works well for some things as well. Overall, the price is right for donor management. It is easy to use, and intuitive.
