"Good CRM for Non profits"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? It is a nice CRM platform and the support team is very responsive. We just got it but it works really good. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Nothing at the moment. Works flawlessly. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization and donor management.

Customer success? Absolutely!
Bloomerang's customer success team is well named. Since I don't use our database every day, it is necessary for me to need some guidance when putting together a report, email or making changes to our settings. The team is always there to help and are very thorough with a fantastic follow up procedure complete with a recap. Problems are solved, and answers are swift.
