What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang saves us time and money! Rather than having information from donors in multiple spread sheets it is all at our finger tips! What do you dislike about Bloomerang? That I wish I had the time to learn more about all of Bloomerang's functions What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Bloomerang? I think Bloomerang is good for the basic system and features it promises. The email system is easy enough for anyone to use. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? It's hard to customize or modify Bloomerang to fit different organizational needs. While the basic features all work, the system isn't made to handle or manage more complex databases. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Like the mass email abillity. Ease of access to multiple levels of data, addresses, etc. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Auto-fills and does not match; this needs to be monitored. Would like the opportunity to track persons that attend events, not necessarily that spend money. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking donors, business partners, and supoorters of a non-profit.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? It is easy to use and very user friendly. It also is a great way to incorporate donor forms into a website or to set up sign up sheets at an event! It makes collecting their information super easy and organized! What do you dislike about Bloomerang? There are still some questions that are not easy to collect. What do you like best about Bloomerang? The product seems helpful and sales staff were knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Support staff were not as helpful as sales staff. Also, when attempting to terminate contract had a difficult process. Recommendations to others considering Bloomerang: Be sure to understand all terms and conditions in your contract. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang makes it easy to keep track of our donors, how much they have given, when they have given, and how they are involved. It makes it super simple for anyone in the organization to get on and see how we have been communicating and what has been communicated with each individual donor. "Great "new" CRM for fundraising"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Integrated CRM database and email marketing. Easy to use import function. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Emails are sent via html which Outlook doesnt pick up very well. I know its more of an Outlook issue but its still annoying. Recommendations to others considering Bloomerang: Definitely worth watching a demo on it. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you?
