"Bloomerang is easy to use, but lacks some features"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like how easy bloomerang is to use. When I don't know something, because of the different query/filter terminology, the chat support feature is a life saver. The support team always provides thorough instructions and then I know how to run similar type reports in the future thanks to their instruction. What do you like best? Ease of all aspects of use from reports, to creating letters, to tracking donations. I also like how customizable the software is. If you need to track something new, just create a new field, and away you go!
