What do you like best about Bloomerang? The user interface turns the data into a meaningful picture of our donors and our campaigns. The donor profile and timeline shows how much we've interacted in really helpful depth. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Some features are underdeveloped compared to what I'd expect. What do you like best? I love the customization you can do. You can really track so many different things on the program. What do you dislike? I've suggested fixes or found issues and Bloomerang doesn't always fix right away. However, when having an issue, their customer service always responds quickly! What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang does have some really good features for donor management, everything from keeping track of donor base and all donations from everyone, to keeping track of every email you've ever sent a donor. What do you like best about Bloomerang? It's been one year now since we've switched to Bloomerang. It has definitely been a more intuitive system that we can easily customize, as well as track things we could not before, such as interactions and grants. What do you dislike? a few places do have better customization and they dont have the ability to register for for more than things at once. What do you like best about Bloomerang? The ability for alumni and friends to automatically update their information by linking our data collection method on our website directly to the database. The way that data is stored in the system within households is a little confusing, and the templates related to the creation of emails is a bit hard to follow/understand. "Pretty Darn Happy"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I really like the donor engagement piece that tells you cool vs. hot vs. on fire. It's illuminating to see a more objective view of your donors actual engagement. I like the timeline feature, as well. Great snapshot. Also a great way to keep track of interactions, with the to do list. The features are there to make you a better fundraiser (if you use them!). It's also pretty intuitive. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Being able to see our progress on our various campaigns on the home screen. Also it is relatively easy to run reports. What do you like best about Bloomerang? The ease to maneuver around, make reports and the information that can be captured for donors. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? When exporting households for a mailing, you cannot import a transaction using that report. Recommendations to others considering Bloomerang: Definitely check it out.
