Abysmal company...
Abysmal company.... with even worse support. Total of 18 bugs identified prior to this company buying out the leading company in the space called accointing.com. reported this ahead of they decommissioning accointing.com & their app. Their response to me was that it is their belief that despite all my findings, their buggy blockpit front end and back end is better than the industry leader they purchased?! Import from accointin (the Company
Import from accointin (the Company, Blockpit bought) is generating wrong data, with no reasonable conclusion. The Support Case I opened took several weeks to answer. And the answer was like: please take care of manually resolving the mistakes, that the import caused…thanks a lot, I guess
