Blockpit - great software and great support
I had a request to Blockpit. I got a very sufficient answer within a couple of hours, and a great proposal for the solution of the problem. I feel very comfortable with the support of blockpit and with the description and answers for all the Q&A's that might occure by working with blockpit.

Easy to contact, fast reply, all solved
The support was easy to contact, answerd within one day and together we found a solution for my issues. That's how it should be, but what nowadays is hard to find. Keep it up like that!

Growing pains
I transitioned from Accointing and getting accustomed to the new program. The transition did not go as seamlessly as had been suggested and I am still tackling Tips. Speaking of Tips, why Tips? Why not call them 'Errors' or 'Issues' or something a bit more descriptive? Must be a translation thing. And a great number of my Tips were created because of the wonky way the time stamp was transcribed. That would cause the transaction list to show a withdrawal prior to the deposit and create a ...

Quick and competent help

Very good Crypto-Tax-Report with a solution-oriented support
Solution-oriented support that explains the problem so that you can solve it yourself the next time. Technically very good solution. The tax office has not caused any problems.
