What do you like best? I like best that BL gives us a clear visibility and tracking of the account recs and Intercompany transactions. I like that it's all cloud based and IA can access any time they want. What do you dislike? We were one of the first users of Intercompany hub and a lot of configuration wasn't done yet. "One stop shop for Balance Sheet Integrity"

What do you like best? For me the number one advantage of using Blackline is the fact that all my reconciliations are stored in one place that I can easily access from anywhere. It is nice not having to spend hours looking for a specific piece of backup.. I just log in and it is there. It is also very easy to see where the problem areas are and check whether there is an action plan in place. "Excellent Products to accelerate your close process."

What do you like best? We started using Blackline in 2009 and we went from using Excel spreadsheet to Blackline the amount of time that we save using BlackLine is so great. We using Task management as well as Transaction matching. The efficiency that is creates is wonderful. I highly recommend this product for all aspects of the close. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Full visibility and tracking, approval workflows easily manageable, supporting documents easy to attach and review. Auto-reconciliation is robust and can be trusted. What do you dislike? Sometimes slow performance when downloading attachments. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better visibility to balance sheet items means reduced risk.

What do you like best? Blackline has a lot of great features that make it much easier to accomplish tasks that would otherwise be extremely difficult. I'll offer an example, but I don't think that should be necessary for people who read through Blackline's amazing list of features. Are reconciliations streamlined, controlled, and standardized? What do you like best? How solid the system is. When users come to me with an issue, 999 times pout of 1000 it is an issue with our internal IT and not BlackLine What do you dislike? When implementing the matching tool I find that alot of the time we are pushed to try and use the implementation team at a cost. What do you like best? Increased transparency and more accessible, centralized information. What do you dislike? The timing limitations and rates are more restrictive for larger global companies. Recommendations to others considering the product: Important to understand how sophisticated your processes are and where your shortfalls exist. Ask for references that are similarly sized and use your accounting software. Also, do not underestimate the IT involvement in the rollout. What problems ...

What do you like best? Blackline is a very practical tool, and it has a lot of option on how to present the reconciliations in a clean way and understandable for every one. What do you dislike? It is a shame that the dashboard can't be customized, but even do it shows good data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
