"Can be powerful if implemented and adopted properly"

What do you like best? Account auto-certification has made our close process much faster and accurate. What do you dislike? I don't like that the Reviewer cannot certify a reconciliation until the Approver has certified it first. It creates a bottleneck in our workflow. It would be great if a Reviewer could pre-certify, so that once the Approver certifies it, it is fully certified. I just barely started using Blackline with my group, so I don't have anything in particular. My only observation would be that there is not enough training material in Spanish, and since I work with a team all across Latin America, this would be very valuable for us. What do you like best? I like how easy Blackline is to use. It is very self-explanatory. The system calculates quickly. What do you dislike? I don't like having to jump back and forth between between the preparer / approver role when looking at reconciliations. Would be great to see all listed at one point in time. What do you like best? BlackLine provides a centralized place to access account reconciliations and close tasks worldwide in multiple currencies and languages. What do you dislike? Looking for more functionality with Oracle like the SAP close dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Risk rating and prioritizing timing and frequency of account reconciliations.

"2019 In The Black Conference LA"

What do you like best? I appreciate the variety in the sessions. This allows many people to learn about multiple topics during the conference. What do you dislike? It would be great if the PowerPoint presentations from various sessions were made available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Smart Close is something that I will continue to look into. This seems to be a tool that could assist with our monthly close process.

What do you like best? Blackline will carry forward supporting documents until the support is no longer needed. What do you dislike? When reviewing - the additional support or items pop up in the same screen - but would be quicker in another screen.
