Great all-in-one event marketing software
What do you like best? The setup is so quick and easy and if you have any issues their support team and account managers are quick to help. The software has great features to help event marketers with their one-stop-shop for event websites, registration, mobile apps and more. Plus they have really useful integrations out of the box. Easy to build a website, but some functions/features missing
What do you like best? It was super easy to build a website and the support was always available and happy to help. What do you dislike? Seemed like they needed more user testing for different types of events. We were able to finally use BIzzbo on our recent global event.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A product with in-depth features. Through Bizzabo, there are a number of ways for planning and executing any event regardless of size. Our event was of "global" scale. It lured attendees from more than 50 or so countries. It took careful process for nine straight months. We've fully utilized Bizzabo in each aspect of event planning. Good platform for events
What do you like best? The customer service was excellent and our representative was helpful and attentive. The platform did a great job of managing the transactions and registrations, was easy to use, and didn't present a steep learning curve for most functions. What do you dislike? My organizations events require the completion and submission of a survey, after which a certificate of attendance is produced. Bizzabo is the best event platform I've used
What do you like best? The ease of use is the best part. We have different admins for different events and the learning curve to using the system on the front and back end is minimal. Always starting and ending with Bizzabo!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Bizzabo was tremendous in streamlining our event management. We used it from the beginning until the event. Using it is easy and it's highly recommended for collaboration.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how easy this is to use. It makes things simpler when using this collaborate with other members of the team. Its Community feature does an incredible job with attendees. As as result, operational costs are significantly reduced. There's never a need for printing out spreadsheets or anything else on paper. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Bizzabo catered to our major events needs. Our team utilized a plethora of products for many years and we had to pair them with varying website services, event apps, attendee interactions, and ticketing. Bizzabo provides a fantastic experience both to market your event and to facilitate networking
What do you like best? The networking platform was a great feature: People could see who was attending, started conversations before the event and scheduled their meeting. A lot of the interactions that happened onsite was prepped by the software solution. Finally customer support was excellent. What do you dislike?
