Good experience overall.
Bizness Apps has a great platform and their customer service dept does respond timely on most issues. However, there isn't a method to discuss platform enhancements that are frequently requested from our customers. Our requests are put into a queue and it is very difficult to get any information once that occurs. This can be frustrating for us because we work with state agencies and larger organizations frequently. They expect us to be able to provide better feedback on these items, and we ...

Great company! Just became a re-seller.
The pre-sales support was awesome. The person i worked with was very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and then some. Got me started with the re-sellers program. I've previewed all of the re-seller resources and the development platform. Everything looks great. Don't think you can loose on this deal if you work their program.
