I am a reseller for Biznessapps, and am very impressed with the product. They offer cutting edge apps for a great price, with all of the functions that a small business needs. Even better is their customer service. On more than a few ocassions, I have called with update questions, configuration issues and requests for help, and each time they promptly addressed each concern and walk me through the entire process. Bizness Apps has a great platform and their customer service dept does respond timely on most issues. However, there isn't a method to discuss platform enhancements that are frequently requested from our customers. Our requests are put into a queue and it is very difficult to get any information once that occurs.
