We're using this service in our (Web devevlopment) company. Great soloution for small company.

What do you like best? This app contains everything you need to have in your company recorded. Hours of work, CRM system is great, task manager is awesome too. Best of all is that everything is on one place, and you don't need use varios software for various tasks. Included drive is great for sharing files over the company. What do you dislike? Overall experience is very great!

What do you like best? A lot of SMB needs are met and integrated in 1 centralized solution and tool that can be used across multiple roles in the company and even stretches to outside. What do you dislike? Not very intuitive GUI in some of the features, inability to see email from even connected domains right inside the Bitrix24.
