A very nice UI and UX, quality software

What do you like best? I like its project management, time management, document management, and tasking in a social-style environment that includes content sharing, instant messaging, commenting, liking, and user profiles among other components. Helpful for Tasks, Less Helpful for Collaboration

What do you like best? I like the ability to collaborate on specific tasks in the office. What do you dislike? I wish that there were more collaboration options that didn't simply revolve around the task lists. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Office collaboration; my co-worker and I are in separate offices and it's been beneficial for us in completing and following up with shared tasks.

EXCELLENT CRM for small businesses

What do you like best? I used this CRM and SMS and call management at first glance it was a complicated program, i feel now its great and i am very satisfied with Bitrix24 , especially with the quality and free program.. its free i think thats the added value for such section What do you dislike? What do you like best? Huge opportunities for customization, customization, integration with other services. Easy search for solutions to setup questions. Intuitive tool for managing tasks

What do you like best? Bitrix24 is mostly very intuitive. Even without using all the options it's quite easy to set up tasks lists and calendars. It has options for adding subtasks and dependencies. What do you dislike? So far I have not found anything I dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am trying to visualize tasks and to-do of a project in an efficient way.

Good Entry Level or Small Business CRM Substitute

What do you like best? Project Management. It has proven a very useful project management tool that I was able to share with team members across the company. The Chat, Workgroups and Activity Stream facilities are really useful. Not sure how robust the system would be as a CRM for a large corporate organisation though. Data Inputting Form. Warning! They will delete your data for inactivity with barely any warning.

What do you like best? It was a fairly good system until they deleted the entire account while I was out on extended leave. Support was OK, functionality was reasonable. What do you dislike? The fact that over a year's worth of data was deleted by the company. They only notified the administrator & not the other 5 users on the account. Nothing is perfect, but deleting 18 months of data after 6 weeks of "inactivity" is absurd. People go away on sabbatical, maternity leave, have ...
