Bitrix24 is one of the greatest platforms to rule the market.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Bitrix is a software that has everything in a single place. We gather companies, contacts, drive, and tasks conveniently in a location that we're familiar with. We have used other platforms before this. Terrible Support and Downtime

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are great features but they don't all work accurately. Too many glitches if you are a serious company depending on this crm for sales and production, Bitrix24 is not reliable and service is also unreliable. Glad to consolidate, obstacles are small

What do you like best? The team todo lists, collaboration, calendars. Love tracking our progress. What do you dislike? The interface of the crm, updating contact info is annoying and notifications on the side are too much. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The free account version gives you the chance to test out its functionality. Whenever your needs increase, you'll be able to integrate further options at an affordable pricing. Outstanding UI. Super simple to utilize. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Cheap and cheerful CRM solution

What do you like best? The price is much lower than Salesforce and some of the other CRM system What do you dislike? It isn't easy to use and on more than 4 occasions something has gone 'weird' with backup data being lost. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Comprehensive task management

What do you like best? Bitrix24 allows me to assign tasks to myself and my staff for completion. I can monitor due dates for all and the visual tracker makes it easy for us to keep up with pending tasks. What do you dislike? It's powerful but almost too powerful sometimes.
