Bitrix is excellent for task management for small to big teams

What do you like best? The task management and the interface is excellent. The software runs smooth and is easy to learn. I also like their cell phone app. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are errors that come up when you try to upload files. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
